There are two distinct motivations to integrate AI into a business: efficiency AI and opportunity AI.
Efficiency asks: how do we do the same work faster, reduce manual effort, and automate repetitive processes?
Opportunity asks: what can we do now with AI that was not historically possible or operationally feasible?
Very rarely, you find an AI integration that does both. It increases speed in existing processes while unlocking entirely new technical horizons.
This is what I have seen at BLP.
By applying AI to context rich ERP processes that historically required humans in the loop at every step, you unlock a fundamentally new way of operating that also happens to be considerably more efficient.
Efficiency meets opportunity: a way to move faster while redesigning how that work should be done in the first place.
Efficiency is valuable. Opportunity is transformative. The best applications of AI can deliver both.
